How do you ensure the freshness of produce?
At Insta Mandi, we source our fruits and vegetables daily from local farms. Our quality control team inspects every item before packing it in temperature-controlled environments to ensure it reaches you in peak condition.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We offer same-day delivery for all orders placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following morning between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
If you are not satisfied with the quality of any perishable item, please report it within 4 hours of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.
Do you offer organic and specialty food items?
Yes, we have a dedicated 'Organic & Specialty' section featuring certified organic produce, gluten-free staples, and authentic ethnic ingredients to cater to your specific dietary needs.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and Net Banking. For your convenience, we also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for most locations.
Is there a minimum order value for free delivery?
Free delivery is applicable on all orders above $30. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of $3.99 will be applied at checkout.
